1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website aif.academy and any services provided by AIF Academy ("AI First Academy," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AIF Academy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services Description

AIF Academy provides cohort-based online educational programs focused on AI skills development, business building, and client acquisition. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Pre-recorded and live instructional content
• Weekly live group calls and technical deep dives
• Community access (Discord, Slack, or similar platforms)
• Templates, frameworks, and digital resources
• Coaching and mentorship from instructors

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

4. Enrollment and Payment

Pricing

Program pricing is as listed at the time of enrollment. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, price changes will not affect confirmed enrollments.

Payment

Payment must be made in full or through an approved payment plan at the time of enrollment. We accept payment through our designated payment processors. You are responsible for all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your purchase.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital educational services and the immediate access to proprietary materials upon enrollment, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after enrollment is confirmed and access to program materials has been granted.

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests made within 14 days of enrollment — and before accessing more than 20% of the program content — may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a review, contact us at bohdan@aif.academy.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content, materials, frameworks, templates, curriculum, recordings, software, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property provided through our services are owned by AIF Academy or licensed to us. This includes, without limitation, the AI-First Framework, instructional materials, code templates, and agent architectures.

License to Use

Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the program materials for your personal and professional development. You may use the skills, techniques, and frameworks learned to build your own business and serve clients.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display program materials
• Share login credentials or program access with non-enrolled individuals
• Record, screenshot, or capture live sessions or program content for redistribution
• Resell, sublicense, or create derivative educational products based on our materials
• Use our proprietary content to create competing programs or services
• Reverse engineer any software, tools, or systems provided

Violation of these restrictions constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, as well as legal action for damages.

6. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
• Refrain from harassing, abusive, or discriminatory behavior in community channels
• Not use our platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these conduct standards, at our sole discretion, without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or revenue from participation in our programs.

8. Earnings Disclaimer

Any income or earnings statements, testimonials, or examples shown on our website or in our materials are illustrative only and are not guarantees. Individual results will vary based on effort, skill, market conditions, and numerous other factors beyond our control.

We make no representation or guarantee that you will achieve any particular level of income or success. By enrolling, you acknowledge that your results depend on your own actions, decisions, and execution.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIF ACADEMY, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, INSTRUCTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIF Academy, its owners, officers, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content or information you provide through our platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in the jurisdiction where AIF Academy is registered.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against AIF Academy.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIF Academy is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIF Academy regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
